All makers of acne medications, potions and lotions claim that their product is the best, but unfortunately the truth is that the best acne solution does not exist. We all have different skin and people who are unlucky enough to suffer from acne have it for a wide variety of reasons.
It can be stress induced, if so adopting a less stressful life, keeping anxiety at bay and using relaxation methods may solve your acne problems. It could be diet induced, if so adopting a healthier eating plan and lifestyle may be the answer. We all eat far too much junk food and fizzy drinks so a reduction in these may have a positive effect on your skin.

The final course of action is a visit to a dermatologist who is an expert on skin treatments but this can be expensive. They should be consulted as a last resort if all else fails. Your best acne solution is to try to change your lifestyle and diet and take up some form of exercise. This can not only be beneficial to your acne but should induce a feeling of well being, which would reduce your stress levels and could have a positive effect on your acne breakouts.
